At JTEKT Toyoda Americas, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers are always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing equipment spare parts and technical support to the essential industries that depend upon us.

Therefore, we want to let our customers, suppliers, and partners know that we will remain open during these uncertain and chaotic times. You can count on us to continue providing service to you - the customer.

  • Available machine tools and parts in stock locally for immediately delivery

As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have placed restrictions on overseas travel, postponed large-scale events, limited the size of meetings, and continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment.

We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support wherever needed. Employees who fell ill are instructed not to report to work and we have specific quarantine and communications procedures in place should an employee become ill.
